Service was good. When I called to make the appointment It was for a recall. When I dropped the truck off the recall was not on the appointment just an inspection. The service tech didn't seem to know anything about the recall. Which I thought was odd

Service was done in a timely manner and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.However the technician that worked on my vehicle did not remove the protection for seats or floor The Gentleman that I paid did check to see if it was done when he seen it was not He removed them.

Pretty friendly chaps. Not pushy at all. They give information about vehicle and let you take your time about a decision. They do need to keep a better eye on their service dept. when preparing newly sold vehicles. Then they need to keep better eyes and ears when test driving for paying customers.

Except for the time it took Ford Warranty to approve the replacement parts for the AC compressor and alternator, the repair was successful and the only cost was $100 for the deductible on the extended warranty. My experience with the dealership was not the best they have corrected per them what the issues have been. Have to take vehicle to my mechanic to check over since they never checked under the hood and there was a fire hazard. Picked up vehicle on a Saturday and it went back to dealership on Monday was not going to drive it and have it catch on fire. When it was back at the shop they corrected some other things they said not sure will have it checked.
It has taken me a week to get the 2nd set of keys to it. Was told the set needed a battery purchased it on Saturday and now it is Friday still waiting told will have keys by 2pm today. you think they would have sent them with the vehicle when returned to me on Thursday.
So far I have to say they are trying to make things right so we will have to wait and see.
