I am very impressed by the level of detail Brown's off Signal gave me. They take pictures of everything they checked for, gave descriptions and summaries for the work they did, aspects of the vehicle that were in good condition, things to look out for and what would need to be prioritized for repair. Johnathan and Chris are very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely and highly recommend!

I am always happy with the service I receive at Brown's, especially the courtesy of taking me home and picking me up to avoid a long stay while my car is being serviced. Sadly, the day after I had the oil changed, etc., I get an email coupon for an oil change special that would have saved me quite a bit of money. Sigh.

They charged me $1,000.00 and didn't fix the problem. They had a million excuses. Then they said they could fix it for another $1,500.00. Obviously they replaced the wrong part the first time. I say they have inexperienced mechanics or just don't care. I could've thrown parts at it until I fixed it. I thought I was taking it to a professional.

Browns was absolutely fantastic! Communication was amazing- let us know twice a day where they were at with repairs. Had Firestone do a diagnostic and what they " repaired" was incorrect after spending $100 plus on their diagnostic. Entire electrical went out while driving- scary. Browns got it right and fixed the issue.

Reluctant to do the service I requested wanting to sell me other more expensive alternatives and diagnostic testing. Over-priced compared to other local shops, I only went to them due to last-minute appointment availability. Seemed to have done a good job with the service I requested as it resolved the issue with my vehicle.

Brown's Automotive Experts provided excellent service and expertise when I took my Tiguan in for an oil change. They made sure that they used the correct oil called for by the manufacturer and did a thorough "well-car" inspection as well. They even gave me a ride home while they worked on the car. Highly recommend this business!

These folks are great. I usually have to take my car here after the dealer lets me down with incomplete or substandard work. Now I just start (and finish) here at Browns. Same great service as Dearholts. I even recommended them to my mother in law for some work on a chronic problem with her Ford Expedition. That was a risky move but Brown's came through and now I'm gold with my in-laws! Thanks Browns!!!

I already made a statement about how great Brown's Automotive experts were but my computer erased it. I said they took great care of my Jeep just like they did when the shop belonged to Jim Dearholt and they fixed everything I asked them to fix and also fixed things that had gotten in disrepair that I didn't know about. And my Jeep runs great now....

Brown's Automotive Experts gets a 5 star rating for the repairs on my car. The comprehensive Vehicle Health Inspection with pictures and explanations made it easy to understand the necessary repairs. The work was done in one day and it is nice to have a 3 year/36000 mile warranty on the repairs. I will continue going to Brown's Automotive Experts.

Outstanding service! I discovered on the way to the shop that my windshield wipers were shot (it doesn't rain here very often, and the Sun just eats rubber). So I ask to tack on this little extra. No problem! Twenty minutes later my windshield wipers walk in the front door, and twenty minutes after that they are installed and I'm out the door. Best to the crew at Dearholt!

Dearholt is our go to for all car service. They are great to work with, from basic oil changes to more intensive work. When multiple repairs may be needed and cost may be a concern they will let you know which they would recommend and which can probably wait until later service.
