Brown Motor Works is the best service provider I have found for my Benz. They do the work I ask for without upselling. They provide information on what else might be needed but they are not pushy. I have used them multiple times and intend keep them as my preferred service provider.

Even though they had issues with the transmission. They did not stop until it was right. The transmission shifts perfectly now thanks to Brown Motor Work Northeast. Thanks for the loaner car and thanks to Tommy Mattox my service advisor. Job well done!! I will recommend this A-1 service to others.

Always prompt and courteous. Provides estimates of all needed repairs as well as recommended maintenance. Staff are friendly, they stay on schedule for completion of work.

The shop explained what was needed to be done in detail. It was simple and straightforward. I had the ability to decline services if I so chose. Communication and approval process was great. The car runs as good as a Mercedes should. I would recommend this service shop.

I liked how my service Advisor Trent truly cared about my well being and safety by being transparent with me about what was unsafe about my car and how to resolve the issues that made it that way. Brown Motor Works is pricey, but reliable. However, they have payment options to make it easier for customers to access their excellent service.

Took way too long for 2 hours of work(right at 3 weeks).Ordered the wrong part 3 times,and had to wait for everything.I had a courtesy vehicle after a week(hence the other star) but will not be returning there due to the time it took for repair and lack of notification from Browns Motor works(I had to call and get updates way too much).
