My last visit, somehow the online system did not make my appointment, but they were able to get my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation that same day and time. We deal with this dealership exclusively, and the service is always excellent. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to fit us in last minute, which we really appreciated. The service was efficient, and we spent about 45 minutes in the waiting room. As always, the staff was professional and courteous. We continue to be very satisfied with the service we receive.

I had an oil change done with a coupon. After waiting an hour and a half the service man said that I could not have a military discount because I had a coupon. I said why can l not get both? He said I saved on the coupon.l said so what? I want both. He would not answer me. When l went to pay the cashier she did not want to tell me about a credit card fee. Not good customer service for both of them.

They has my pickup for 2 weeks. The first week they didnt do anything to it at all. I had to get get mad and call the service manager and complain. He was nice and got on the ball and got everything fixed. The bill was way too high trying to charge me for changing parts that they had to take off anyway to replace warranty parts. That's ridiculous. They adjusted my bill a little. Still high but more affordable.

Had trouble scheduling an appointment online, then had to call to find out it didn't take. Made the appointment. Took 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and check a tire for a leak. Tire repair had to be outsourced off site because they didn't do tire repairs.
