Got excellent service today and on 1/2/26! On 3/18/26 not so good as apparently my appointment was overbooked and I wasn't notified, meaning I wasted my time taking the car in as I had to reschedule!

Service people are great! Great customer service. Oil change was done. Yes I would definitely recommend Brown Automotive. My vehicle has to go back to get serviced due to leaking oil and tire sensor but they were able to schedule me back quickly.

Took my vehicle for the airbag recall middle part of September. They told me they didn't have part and they would have it in October. I checked middle part of October and part had not come in yet and here we are almost the end of November and nothing.!!

Scheduled a week in advance. Spoke with the service manager and got it all lined out. Showed up an hour early and wanted to stay due to my back and forth, waiting isnt hard. Was a great dealership, had many amenities. Everyone was happy and friendly. My services were finished and everything works better then when I dropped it off. Price was very appealing as well. Couldnt be happier. Thanks a lot guys .

Fine but not as exceptional as it used to be. The former employee ( Michael) kept me abreast of what was going on and approximately how much more time it would be. This time it seemed to take longer then l walked over there and found my car sitting there ready to go... hummmmm... Caesar seemed very nice.
