$1200 for paperwork, $700 for dealer-installed accessories. those fees only showed up on the "new offer sheet" after a test drive and an offer from the dealer. Usually, your 'best offer we really want to sell this truck' includes a price that has gone down, not up.

we needed some warrantee work, an allignment and application of a ceramic paint protectant. They were very professional and informativewith the warrantee repairs and the alignment. The paint protectant is very sensitive to expert and proper preparation prior to installation. The result was exceptional, obviously everyone involved knew what to do and how to do it perfectly. VERY, VERY HAPPY!!!!

First off, Im very pleased with how quickly I can in for service. That said...issue with check engine couldnt be duplicated (but was sent home with ideas). The did find rear ended issue that was corrected. My only disappointment is my drivers side headlight is now fogged...and that has made me very unhappy.

What started out as a easy buy turned into a nightmare when the original salesman had his days off. The new Salesman was extremely pushy, wouldnt listen to anything I said to the point where I was in tears. I called 3 times and left voice mails for the sales manager before I was finally able to express my concerns. Everything was fine until we were waiting for finance to sign paper. We were nexts in line that's what my sales women said. She also said about 5 to 10 mins. So basically we got cut in line. We end up waiting for then 45min to sign. So I told my sales women if I get in line again ,I will walk out with no purchase! I will never by a car here again!!!!.

I put a down payment on the car I wanted over the phone. I then flew in to Sea/Tac where they picked me up and had me keys in hand, out of the dealer in less than a half hour. Well Done. Only thing that could be better is how long it takes to get the title taken care of for out of state buyers. I'm not certain that is under their control, however.

I was satisfied with the mechanical work that was done. However, I was extremely disappointed That there was no service recommendations. Example, the TPMS on the driver rear needed replacing. I ask if there was any additional recommendations of service that should be considered or performed. Less than 18 hrs later the TPMS on the passenger rear needed replacement. When I went to a tire service company and inquired. They suggested the remain three (3) be replaced since two (2) of the four (4) needed replacing within 24hrs. They were surprised that Brotherton, didn't make the recommendation when they did the initial work. Which concerns me for future service, historically, previous Cadillac dealers have provided recommendations for consideration either immediately or for future to keep my Cadillac running in tip top sharp.

I put $1000 down to hold car. When I arrived there was a large chip (1.5 inches) in windshield. Even a video that was done showed it when I magnified the image. Car out in the rain so dings and paint issues not able to be seen. One key fob and just got the second one yesterday in the mail when I told them they needed to pay for me purchasing a second one. I was told it would be up to three months possibly to get windshield yet when I called my local auto dealer they would have it in 10 days. I purchased car Nov 15 and still have no replacement window. They didn't want to pay me for gas or lost wages for me to take the day off and drive there. Here I wait on a windshield while it keeps cracking more each day with the cold weather. Getting responses back from the manager was terrible and hasn't gotten any better.
