Well being a 1st time buyer and due to the Corona virus I was refused to be sold a car because I was not medical personal. I am very unhappy and had already filled out a credit application and waited days for a response I was rejected and I wasn't told if my application was approved or not. I do want that car still and hope this dealer can still do business with me.

All in all a pretty good experience, just a bit of a problem when I wanted the purchase on my credit card. They were unwilling to do the whole purchase on the card at first but in the end saw that I was not interested in chasing around to make it easier for them. Happy with the car and they were very easy to deal with once they came around to my finance wishes.

Very nice and appears to be honest. The car we purchased was not inspected well enough. Had an inside bent rim so found a new one at RockAuto. We purchased a set of tires to replace current ones however we have them in storage as the ones on the vehicle are still pretty good. They just had to be rotated. ALL IN All, quite satisfied with Brooks Biddle and would buy from them again.

These guys were awesome ! They moved heaven and earth to make my dream car happen . The car was completely detailed, and looked brand new inside. I highly recommend getting your next car here. They have lots of different makes of cars, not just chevy's. I'm pretty sure you could find one to fit. The prices are fair, as I was looking for my particular car for 2 yrs before I saw mine comer up. The price was actually MORE than fair. And lucky for me, they have lots of finance options. Overpriced extremely high mile late model cars that seem to somehow cost as much as a newer vehicle. Dealers selling 2005 Astro vans with 280k miles for as much as a 2014 Toyota Rav-4 with 30k -40k miles. Total Ripoff artists in my opinion. Each dealer had a similar deal. The vehicle required "hefty down payment." The representative text me saying, "looks like it would be around close to half down." Sounds more like a 'great commission payout' for them than 'service with integrity'. I'd give this Representative no stars or an 'F' grade. The rep ask about my credit score, so I told him, and sent him a screenshot. I have excellent credit. The rep responded, "That will definitely help!" two days later, the rep responded, "...older, low mileage vehicles are always more challenging to get financed unfortunately." None of those vehicles had low mileage. I decided to purchase a newer Cargo Van with over 250k fewer miles, for much less down with a lower payment and that was easy to finance with a really low interest rate because of my excellent credit history.
