Rear window was replaced and I thought the road noise was excessive but didn't think anything of it. After a week I opened the rear door to notice that the rubber seal was not installed, hence the road noise. Took back to dealer to inform them and noticed the left plastic edging was broken... Shame on me for not inspecting the repair upon pickup and I will give a thorough inspection when new parts are installed.

Watch them during financing. Had to ask 3 times for the details of the loan. They brought out just a payments summary. Finally they showed me and magically 1% came off the interest rate and they removed gap insurance which "accidently" was added. Ask for the details! They will screw you.

the staff are friendly, I like that they have a vehicle pick up and drop off service available so I didn't have to depend on someone else to pick me up or take me to pick up my truck when it was done. I will recommend Brondes to all my friends who have Fords.

The next two days after my oil change my tire gauge light came on. When I got home from work, I told my husband. He filled all four tires with air. He said they were low in air. How does this happen when I had an oil change and tire rotation? My tires were to be filled with air, right? We were not too happy with the service after this happened.

They always get my vehicle down in a timely fashion! Plus they have full time diesel mechanics-bonus! Our Service Advisor kept us updated on what was wrong with our vehicle and when it would be ready. This is the second time we have used them for repairs on our truck. I had the works done $70. There was a grinding noise from brake when leaving, Tec advice he bent back brake back plate. They wanted $160 diagnosis charge to tell me I need brake back plate. I just wanted back brake plate replace. They said brake were in good condition from doing the works service.

He set me up with a brief meeting with the warranty person as my car was being serviced. We were able to find a warranty plan that worked for me, my needs and my budget. Everyone was very helpful.

Terrible. Dan in the service shop could not tell me why the skid plate was not covered in my bumper to bumper warranty or explain it to me at least. And when we took our vehicle home the problem was fixed but then something else was broken and when we took it to a different brondes, they told us they did not take their time to clear the codes. So our cruise control was not working. Disappointing. Will not be returning to this brondes.

Had warranty work with $100 deductible they charged $668 bc they just had to do unnecessary maintenance that wasnt due yet to charge me for something extra bc they take advantage of female customers Ill never go back. They were also rude a few different times. Not friendly at all. The courtesy guy was nice . But not the service people.
