Work was completed with no issues. They offered a loaner vehicle since the process took longer than a few hours. Thought it was only going to be an Oil Change, but the lights that came on called for Brake Oil Change and diagnostic for the car. Battery had to be replaced. For an Oil Change the Cost was over $2000, but from what I have seen, BMW service is expensive. Service was great, cost was not.

Solenoids went out when in their care. Said it was just bad luck. Asked for another $562 to replace them. I already spent $900....I limped home from the shop, replaced them myself in 15 minutes. Cant believe I brought a perfectly running car into these guys and drove a car home that was jerking and stalling. Regardless if it was bad luck, they could have done something to appease a new customer. Again, 15 min fix... pirates.

All of our repairs come with a comprehensive inspection and test drive to ensure that repairs were completed properly and the vehicle is performing as it should. While confirming that we indeed fixed your car we did noticed another issue that you had not complained about. We hate to see this situation however with any research you will see that this is a very common failure on this vintage of a car. In an effort to take some of the pain away we did diagnose the failure for you at no added cost.

Over priced and poor electrical tech troubleshooting. Replaces parts to try to diagnosis instead of finding what was wrong and only replacing that. $5k for bad module after other parts purchased.
