Emailed with questions about a used car and the response was from a salesman that just wanted to set up a meeting. "When can I come in?" The dealer strategy has not changed since the 1980's. Minimal information posted with the least amount of effort. Multiple phone calls and then emails. Can't imagine how awful the face-to-face would have been.

Terrible experience at Brilliance Honda. Made an appt with Christian to look at a car the following Wednesday, traveled an hour and 40 minutes to the dealership only to be told that the car was not available, it was out for an upholstery repair. A manager (Deter?) got involved, told me the car would be back Friday afternoon, he gave me his word that I would have first look at the car when I came back on Saturday morning. After a few runaround phone calls to Cris on Saturday, I was told the car was available, I got right in the car for the 90+ minute drive, got a text from Chris asking when I would get to the dealership, someone else was looking at the car. I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes later to be told that the car had been sold (and ALL PAPERWORK COMPLETED). REALLY??? I was furious, and my complaints were totally ignored. I would highly recommend that any car buyers steer VERY clear of this shoddy dealership.
