Calli was wonderful. She kept me updated every step of the way. It took much longer than anticipated and so they provided a car for me to use at no charge. The only thing that would have put it over the top is if they returned my car as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Although it was not left at the dealership immaculate, it did not appear they tried to clean up after the service that was performed.

The staff greeted me by name upon arrival, which I thought was very impressive given the number of people that they deal with! Walter M. helped me get checked in and was most thorough, carefully listening to and notating the vehicle concerns. I received a video of the vehicle's condition along with an estimate for the recommended repairs. Once approved, it wasn't too long before I was notified that I could pick up my vehicle.

Service department at Bright Bay Mazda's top notch. They get you in and out efficiently and quickly as possible. The mechanic send you a video personal to your phone of the work he's doing so that you see everything that's happening from tire rotation to brake pad checks to anything else you may request. Highly recommend.
