The main thing I do not like about the Chevy dealership is, when you go in for servicing, they will not accept a check. It can only be cash or a credit card. If you use your credit card, they are charging you almost 3% extra to use it. I feel this is very unfair since dropping the car off. I do not know the exact amount it's going to cost me to be able to pay cash. The thought of only having the Credit card to use is nit very fair to your customers. We have to pay this fee on top of credit card interest. Please rectify this and make it easier and less costly to your customers. I am furious that I went in for and oil change that I was prepared to pay cash but my bill was over $600. I did not have that cash and had to resort to using my card. In which it cost me almost an additional $20. Us seniors cannot always afford that.

The experience was overall cozy and reliable. I have worked with Bridgewater before, I believe in their work, and believe it to be honest. I went in for a 4 wheel alignment.
Only issue I had was that I had to bring the car back a second time. As I was leaving I noticed that the steering wheel was completely off center, so I brought it back
The second time they took it in, they did it borderline perfectly. The camber on the front left wheel was -1.70, which is a bit outside of factory spec I wish they were able to get that a bit closer, but the car drives almost like it did from the factory so I'll take it.
Waiting area was very cozy, and as always, the staff was fantastic. Didn't give me any trouble, even when there was an issue. I appreciate their effort, and will continue working with Bridgewater Chevrolet. (Service Advisor was Scott, he was great!)
