They were only willing to take off two hundred dollars off the asking price for a taillight that had a chunk out of the lens. It needed other lens too. The least expensive one that matched the truck was over $345.00 and the truck still hadn't been inspected by them so they didn't want to deal at all. They were polite and the sales manager was determined to keep the price too close to asking.

This place has a large selection of great used cars & SUVs. Staff was very helpful. The office manager, Ivette, is such a sweetheart & their finance manager, Jose, was so pleasant to talk to. The deals look great online, but in person these cars are not clean, and in rough shape. They must report the vehicles to be in "excellent" condition to carfax, when in reality most of them are dinged up and need repairs. The car I went to see and test drive had a broken driver's window, two flat tires, and numerous scrapes and scratches on the body. In addition, the sun roof motor was broken. My advice, stay away from this dealer.

All of the cars we looked at were stained or had crazy scratches all over the car. They refused to detail the car unless we gave a deposit. They were very pushy and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The only salesman that made us feel comfortable was Kenny. If we had only dealt with him, we may have found a car.

The guy that emailed me was very nice and willing to help. But when we went there the other guy we dealt with wasnt so nice. He didnt seem to want to help. Didnt offer any other vehicles. Also said he had nothing in our price range but when we checked there website we found 3 cars he could have offered. He just didnt want to deal with us. I would never go back there or refer them to anyone I know.

I emailed them about a vehicle they told me to come in it was still available got there on my scheduled date & time the vehicle was gone asked to speak to Aaron the guy that scheduled me & asked about it he acted like he never spoken to me how did I know your name & tried to make me look at other vehicles I was done after traveling over 50 miles & a day off work.Then it stayed on carfax for about 6 weeks after that.

I had 20 things wrong with my car when I bought it because I brought it to my mechanic and he overlooked it for me... apparently it was all fixed but yet I never received a printout of what was done to the car from bridge Auto Group after asking for times! I would never recommend this place they b******* you till there blue in the face!! All they did was lie and cheat people out of their money!!
