Customer service was polite and friendly. However I took it in for a low oil warning. The car was low one quart but no visible leaks in my garage where I keep it parked. The technician supposedly observed an old stain near the valve cover and recommended a complete engine reseal for $4600. I said no thanks.

I had an unexpected emergency repair. My car battery died after my friend started the car. I drove over to Subaru and they immediately check the car and replace the battery. Jack McCaffery explained everything the tech found including a filter that had to be replaced. Great service.

Service was a warranty replacement of the infotainment center.
2nd issue was a battery issue that was explained as Subaru now recommends a larger more powerful battery.
My battery has been replaced 4 times in 5 years.
I feel Subaru should replace it because the original battery wasn't correct for the car load.
I do have an email to Subaru America about this but haven't heard back as yet.
Overall the dealer service was great.

Tech Joe Goncalves was terrific, and I asked GM Nelson DiMello to complaint him for looking over my car at no cost. Unfortunately, the price to replace two rear hatch struts was ridiculous ( $ 460. !!!!! ). Have to try to do it myself. But thanks for looking car over...appreciate that.

Repairs costed less than estimated so that was great, and also meant it took less time. I always appreciate that I can get a loaner vehicle for the days my car is in the shop. Service people always friendly and informative. My only complaint was that the coffee maker was out of service in the lounge area.

The service on my pre owned car readied for resale was sloppy. Two of the fluid's, radiator and window cleaner, were not filled. Also, the wrench for the oil change was left on top of the engine.
When I reported it, by email, to my sale's person, it was ignored.
This lead me to not trusting the inspection report. As a result I will not use the mechanics at Brewster Subaru going forward.
