She kept me informed during the work, let me know of some things that needed care and had the vehicle washed and back out front in very short order. I always feel more relaxed about and confident of the work being done when Sandra is overseeing it. Looking forward to my next visit with the truck

Service was good. The service personnel were very nice, showed me where the snacks and breakroom were located. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up having to get a brake and rotor job. I received a 10% discount on my services for being a US Army Veteran.

The desk people are always super courteous and helpful. The facility is wonderful as far as having a clean comfortable pleasant space and offering coffee, snacks and access to WIFI. Some services are highly promoted which I suspect is not needed at the time such as Filter replacement, tire rotation and fluid flush. As a matter of fact no one presented me with dirty filters for mt evaluation.

Thank you for the review ! We base our time recommendations off of Nissan's scheduled maintenance intervals , example : Nissan recommends a tire rotation every 3,750 miles . While this may be a tad extreme , we recommend them every oil change .

They put 3500 dollar accessory package that cannot be unadded. Saying they will provide free unlimited car washes or the rest of that nonsense accessory package. It has been a while since my last visit to this dealership. The last time I was there they had to replace my TCM. I didn't know that it also required to reprogram my key. My spare key hasn't worked since the last visit. I asked them to reprogram the spare on this visit and they wanted to charge me $200.00 for an issue they created.

We do not have full access to the previous ownerships records as to what was done and wasn't , being 2 years later Bravo does not accept liability for that . Thank you for the review . We apologize for the inconvenience, but the battery/charging system passed all testing while we had the vehicle. Since this is an intermittent issue , we may need the vehicle for several days to be bale to duplicate the concern and see if there is cause for the issue other than the batteries.
