I brought my car in to have it checked out because the check engine light came on. I took my car in at 745 that morning. I called to check the status at about 1PM and the technician hadn't checked the vehicle. I was asked to bring it back another day. If Bravo cadillac was busy and couldn't see me that day, they should have told me to avoid the trip.
