Wow, BMW Jupiter is the best BMW dealership I've been to. Leagues better than the WPB location. The service advisor Matt Vilela is a great guy, very cool very straightforward and knowledgeable and cares about getting you what you need and explaining things very well.

The service department always moves at a glacial pace. Just dropping off a car for an oil change, which is what I did, took almost an hour, and I had a 7:30 am appointment. I got my email notification that the car was done, and when I arrived back at the dealership, it took another half hour to bring the car up other than that everything was fine.

Nothing special about this place. Doesn't hold a candle to Audi, Mercedes, or Lexus service. Had and appointment and still made me wait over a 1/2 hour to see service advisor. Warranty work was denied for two fit and finish items which makes no sense. Zero customer loyalty.

They resolve my car problems and when above and beyond. When for a few things but, but they other components they checked and everything was cover under the bmw warranty. So, no money out of pocket was required. And they provide me a new bmw m3i as loaner.

2 points. First Braman called me 2 weeks when my car was in service warranty. I bring the car in and they tell me the warranty expired 4 days ago. Second a very minor service they told me they are backed up might be 2 days. If u wait we have u in and out in an hour. Both cheesy typical car dealer BS. We can do better than that cant we.
