Brakes Plus saved the day and have a new loyal customer. I needed a new car battery for my Mercedes. Brakes Plus got me in for an appointment immediately, assessed my current car battery status (barely holding a charge). They had the battery I needed, was able to register it properly with Mercedes and had my service completed in less than an hour. Great price and fantastic customer service!

Discovered that my rear brakes needed to be replaced at 1:30 PM on the day before I was leaving for a trip. I called Brakes Plus and they got me in an hour later and had my brakes done the same day. Great service and I would highly recommend them if you need brakes or other service.

This was honestly a really terrible experience full of multiple broken commitments. I waited an hour past closing after they told me my car was nearly ready only to be told it wouldn't be done after all. The manager was apathetic when I expressed that it was a disappointing experience. I won't come back here.

I had warranty item replaced and was charged. Supposedly they replaced my alternator that I had a new one put on 6 months ago. But my battery was not disconnected because when I got my car back the check engine light was still on. I should have never been charged any my car was still under warranty when they installed the first one. The manager Brandon was not professional. Something shady going on over there. Most shops would disconnect you battery when they work on electrical.
