Hopefully they did the oil change correctly they did not check the tire pressure as requested in the appt and they also decided to mess with my settings in the car while leaving finger prints all over the screen. I was able to fix the settings but it took extra time.

This team was great, and explained items thoroughly with me. They did not pressure any sales, but highlighted the work needed for a following visit. They were timely and very patient with walk in customers who were surprised with the wait time due to scheduled appointments whom were planning on waiting in the lobby. They lie about scheduling and timing. If you are a walk in be prepared to stay there and watch what they are doing. Ask where exactly your place would be on the schedule. "After what 2 vehicles" and then make your decision. They told us 45minutes for an oil change. It took 4 hours and my child nearly missed a field trip she was looking forward to from day care.
