Awful experience! Beought in my car for beakes and left with a car banging. Blamed me said they didn't do it. "fixed" my car again and it was louder. Brought it to the Littleton shop where they treated me kindly and figured out that the brake pads were faulty!

For Oil Change, I had an appointment for 08:00 AM. My concept or expectation was that I could be in and out in an hour's time. It turns out that it was just over an hour. Noteworthy, however, is that the hour determination was mine. To be noted, even though the appointment was for 08:00 AM and I was on time, the vehicle did not move into the lube bay until after 08:30 AM. On timing, you met my arbitrary expectation. Thank you!

After being told it would take 30-45 minutes to complete my service, I decided to wait. After an hour I went to the desk only to be told they hadn't started on it yet. No one thought to tell me how far behind they were. Horrible customer service. I had to rearrange my afternoon schedule because of their lack of care. Won't ever be back.

Kinda disappointed this time. Made an appointment for morning oil change and I was there for 2 hours. Waiting an hour for my car to be taken inside.
Days later my windshield wiper light came on, because they didn't fill up the wiper fluid. Included in oil change. (Not sure if any other fluids needed to be topped off). Went back and they filled it up, as it was empty.

The manager was nice but that doesn't change the fact that I was not able to get my truck looked at until 5pm (store closes at 6pm) even though I had a 10am appointment time... So that lead to me not being able to get my brakes changed because I could not leave my car there overnight (which they knew from the start)...
