There is nothing to dislike, I made my appointment and got there the time I selected. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes and they me in and out in good time. I ask them look at my brake pads. They told me I would need rear brake pads, the front was ok. They did not try to up sell me on front brake pads. They gave the cost up front. I will make an appointment to have them done in the very near future.

They misdiagnosed a problem & still charged me $1,680.65 for their mistake. They promised the repairs they were going to do (two separate times) would correct the problem. Nothing was fixed so all of that money spent was a waste.

Extremely competent, orderly, clean, polite, confident, on-time delivery, no surprises end of day, good communications, pleasant. I really like this place to take care of my 2007 H3 and our 2009 Honda Accord V6. We like to keep cars a long time and with someone like Brakes Plus, it is easy to keep them in tip-top shape.

Alignment was wrong, pulled to the right. Had to bring it back for them to fix it.
Grease on the outside AND inside my car on some cloth areas and floor mats.
Oil change: Reminder sticker was wrong, said 3K miles instead of 5K. So I am leery that they actually put full synthetic oil in.
And I just discovered they entered my mileage wrong. Now I have a mileage discrepancy on record.
