I never have a problem when I go into Brakes Plus. Every time I go there Hector is so awesome. He takes his time and explains everything to me and lets me know what I need to take care of right now and what I can wait on. The company and him have been the best with customer service since I've been taking my car there.

I had a good experience with Brakes Plus. They are always nice and polite the few times that I have been there. They make sure they explain what they are doing and let me know if there is anything need to repair and replace.

Great People. Accidentally charged me twice but their accounting caught it the next day and the Store Manager gave me a call to make sure I am aware that a credit has been made to the card I used. Decent service, per usual, they broke my husbands window, but sent us a check to fix it relatively quick. Getting the window fixed was obviously inconvenient, we had to wait through a tropical storm (gorilla tape and a garbage bag over the window) for the check to come, but it was less than 2 weeks and we got the check to fix it. Other than that, service was good.

Took my car in for issues. They determined what was wrong and gave me options as I could not out of pocket to fix the issue right then. Could not be happier as I new what was wrong with my car and how to be careful until I could return for the them to fix it.

I could not be happier with the speed of service as well as the professional customer service that I received. I appreciated the fact that the manger did very thing he could to help us out. I dont feel I was over charged or scammed to purchase items that were not needed. Nor did they try to push any other services on me. I will continue to return to this Breaks Plus.
