I had an amazing experience at the Brake Check in the Woodlands, Texas. The service technicians were very kind to me and my 2 little boys. They were prompt to get my car done quickly. The manager (I believe his name was Jake) was there and helping with the oil changes which really impressed me. I will for sure be coming back to this location for my next oil change. Thank you all!!

Went for an alignment and half the job was done. I was told the camber adjustment is not included. Got home to flush and bleed my own brakes to find my outer tie rod castle nut loose and cotter pin missing!

They claimed their lift was broken and could not complete the work. Im sure it had nothing to do with the outside temperature being 105 degrees and the a/c in the work area not working. Whomever the franchisee is should take better care of this place. I dont blame the employees for not wanting to work in that kind of heat.

4 hour wait, weren't able to turn the rear rotors as I'd requested, and my brakes still make noise. I gave a two star because they helped with some of the cost due to the problems encountered during my visit.

4 trips in, car still squeaking in reverse, and every time we go in they say it's something else to fix it so we have spent over $900 at this point when all we're trying to do is get rid of a squeak.
