The shop found that my vehicle was missing its oil cap. I needed a specific cap; a generic cap would not work. Though the part was supposed to be delivered, one of the Brake Check employees had to go the parts house to get the cap because delivery was taking much longer than anticipated.

Brought car in for first year service with addition issue. The passenger handle protection piece had been falling off. I asked the service person to check and fix, but they responded that it was fine. Not much longer it fell off again and was lost, exposing the wires and electronics in the handle. Didn't seem to take my issue seriously

The staff is very courteous and friendly. They treat you and your vehicle with respect and are very thorough in their process.
