Called in to check on wait time to get my oil changed - there was none, so I took my car in. Sure enough, they got my car in almost immediately and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The personnel were very good about replacing my brake pads but afterward when I drove the car there was a persistent rattling, clunking noise.
When I returned to the shop they found that the struts needed replacement which they were able to do also.

needed a thorough inspection. Inspection took about 15 minutes. The technician took me to the bay and walked around the car while describing what and how the brake pads and rotors needed to me and how the results were. Felt very comfortable and decided to do the service.
Had a lot of additional discounts along with my military status and got it done with a total of $200 savings.
Would always recommend to anyone.

Customer service was very poor. I made an appt online for the Oil change PRO, which is a 6 point check. Includes Alignment check, tire pressure and fill, air filter check, cabin filter check, windshield wiper blades check & windshield washer fluid fill. The guy that checked me in said I was scheduled for an alignment & oil change, which I wasn't, just an oil change w/all the checks that go with it. He said I couldn't make an appt online for just an oil change WHICH IS WRONG. Very rude young man!!! So they didn't do any of the checks AND Again for the second time they did not fill my windshield wiper fluid.
