Service Advisor was great, waited longer than expected about an hour and a half for an oil change. Two days later I now have oil drip marks on my garage floor. Either something spilled and wasn't cleaned up properly or the filters not on tight.

Service was fine but the appointment I made was nowhere to be found in their records. They were able to fit me in, which was good, but it would have been better had they actually recorded the appointment when I called and made it over the phone.
