made appt online, but they don't seem to check what is coming in for service so they did not have the oil filter for my car, which I bought from them. I had to sit in service for over an hour waiting on them to get my oil flter. was told next time to call for service so they can make sure they have the filter ready.

The employees are all nice and professional! They had told me what will be checked during the service and how long it would take to do.
