The Kokomo Ford Dealership always seems to do a great job and I appreciate that. I'm just bummed that when they said they topped off the fluids that they did not mention that my van has an obvious leak. I'm not a mechanic so I didn't know that the amount of fluids they put in meant there was an obvious leak. I could have made an appointment at that time.

Took 4 weeks to get appointment. They had to order parts and said they should be in the next day. The next day came and by 4:15 pm I didnt have an update on the car. I called and asked for a status. They said the parts didnt come in and didnt realize I wanted an update.

I have been with Kokomo ford dealership for more than five years and Ive asked why I only receive coupons from other locations and this location wont even accept the coupons. Also, I asked about my vehicles air filter once and was informed my vehicle does not have one. But they lied and it does have one. I dont appreciate being diresepected.
