I went in with an online coupon ($40 off) for the following: oil change, tire rotation, 4-wheel alignment, and multi-point inspection. I keep up with everything for my vehicle, so it's a no-brainer to utilize money-off coupons if you can.

Excellent service from the service manager Rob, to the mechanics of Patrick or Eli, I felt that my input was valued when having a problem with my car. I was kept informed of the service on my vehicle at every step of the repair. While my car was being serviced, a loaner car was offered, making the entire repair process easy.

Did the brakes just fine, but the repair for whatever caused the check engine light to activate is still in question. One day after retrieving my truck, and with less than one hour driving time, the light came on again. Going back to the dealer next week to see just what is happening.

It was okay except I dropped my car off on Friday as per my appointment. I had to keep calling to get updates. Wednesday my car was ready. Oil change, new Wipers, engine noise, window adjustment and checked the transmission with a test drive. About 4 hours if work. Note: the car did not move in the lot till Wednesday morning. So why did I have to drop it off on Friday and find a ride to work all week?

It is always worth the drive to have my truck serviced correctly. They are pet friendly so my Silky Terrier, Stryker is ALSO welcome at both the service department AND the dealership.
