Everything went well. Even when I was told there was an error in the update and it would take another 15 mins total time there was less than I was first told. So it's all good.

Problem with adaptive cruise control was resolved. Service explained how to use certain electronic controls on steering wheel. Service staff was very nice and took time to explain everything.

They did an awesome job on updating my software on my car. The service department is really good. The new facility that they're at looks really good. I like the service department really well I'd would recommend them to anybody that has a Hyundai.

I worked with a service rep named Alex and he was great. He and the technician discovered what the problem was and fixed it. He answered all my questions and was very thorough and professional.

I was promised a loaner by someone who apparently was fired right before my service appt so I ended up paying a lil over $500 for a loaner thru enterprise. Still annoyed about that.

Terrible service. Still have my car and have not fixed for weeks. However, that is not the worst part. The worst part is that nobody calls me with any status updates. I have to constantly call after days and days of no update to find out what is going on.

Joe in service is great// and all the Mechanics here do a great job getting your car right the first time in and out in a timely manner! Then the lady that handles the bill end is fantastic in handling it all. Thanks everyone for the great service here!

The service Dept is great here and it starts right when you drive up. Theses guys know there stuff inside and out all the way to the back service bays/ Techs are. Very timely- professional- & honest when it comes to doing your service on your vehicle. You can't go wrong coming to this place for friendly & reliable service !

Service dept with Adam S & Joe is unbelievably the best anyone can ask for to get great service If they ever lose Adam S from their team here they will be losing a great/ knowledgeable man along with losing a team member of the dealership. THANKS ADAM S for everything!

The workers seem off today. Not as polite and cheery as normal. My usual guy wasnt there either. I felt very uncomfortable that the worker was trying to get a service yet when I was leaving there was noise that I didnt have previously and all he said was I should get it looked at... involving by brake caliper. I normally have the best device possibly but not today.

They have always treated me with respect & had my vehicle done when they said it would be! They are outstanding in what the customer wants and needs" they listen". THANKS TO THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT.

I was treated very well by all staff. I was given a rental while my new engine, recalled engine 2015, was being put in. I am so blessed by such an amazing dealership as well as an amazing car company such as Hyundai... Thanks again for all you do for me!!

Always EXCELLENT!!! they are very reasonable and professional with everything I've ever had done there. I bought tires had the transmission drained & flushed, brakes, timing belt changed with new water pump installed-all good. I really like getting Hyundai service for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Best service for best price & people to do the job. I know they have contributed to the good health & 304,700 miles I have on my 2004 Santa Fe.
