Excellent communication with service advisor. What i don't like is the nasty attitude at corporate that doesn't care in the least about long time loyal customers. After driving only VWs for 40+ years, this will be my last VW because the company has stopped making diesel cars. I will never buy an electric car until they have a 650-800 mile highway range.

I've been very disappointed with Boston Volkswagen in the last 6 or 7 years. I have bought two cars from them and have had Volkswagens for over 20 years. The quality of their service is terrible and they do their best to be unhelpful even when they make mistakes. It really disappointed.

I booked an appointment for an oil change and inspection and noted that I would wait. However the wait was estimated at 2 hours which I felt way too long. Also, I requested a check of tire pressure and fluids. However, the tires looked low so I don't think a check was done and so it makes me doubt if any checks were done. Car was cleaned so great but the back seat floors were not vacummed.

It was another excellent experience with Boston VW - came in to get my winter tires swapped for my summer, and the process was quick and painless. The service associate was this gentle giant of a man, and extremely kind and professional to me and everyone I saw him interact with. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

It was good but first of all they changed my credit card instead of one thousand charge dubble.I complain then refund me one thousand and paid cash extra one thousand and I asked them refund my other one thousand They give me receipt but after five days I still not received that money.There system is so crazy.

Boston VW has been great to work with. I feel like I get good counsel from the service managers. I've had three experiences with the service department in the last year. They've delivered on time, each time. I particularly have appreciated that they vacuum the car and clean the floor mats before returning it to me.
