The service staff from technicians to manager brought a new meaning to customer service. They made sure our vehicle was ready for us staying over two hours after service department closed. We were traveling through across country when we had a issue. My vehicle was towed to the dealership. From the manager her feelings that she operates like it was her and her family stranded. They deserve more than 5 stars

I felt like the 2015 Chevy Colorado Z71 4x4 long bed we look at was priced to high because of the condition it is in and having high mileage for that year of vehicle. Also vehicle was not ready for me after making a appointment with shawna! Meaning it was not washed and the interior cab had a odor! Also carfax report only shows on of the recall repairs being completed! Which was calipers being relaced in 2016

Bought a used car in Michigan and when got home realized the windshield washer pump was broken. The Yukon was still under warranty. Took it to Bosak and the diagnosed the problem, ran to get the part and repaired it all while I waited. The shop person was pleasant, gave me my options and had get me informed on the status of the repair. This is the second time over the years that have repaired a warranty and both times were professional and efficient in resolving the issue.
