I depend on Boercherding Buicks expertise so my car is reliable for travel in my job. They do get me in when I need service and I like that. I gave it 4 stars and not five only because the service took a little longer than I expected based on the work being done. The waiting area is nice and I can get a fair amount of work done while waiting. My only comment is that it can get a little boring after a while.

Saturday, pouring down rain, my windshield wipers stop working. Im able to get to Borcherding GMC. It's 11:50 am, the service rep. tells me I'll have to leave to be repaired Monday. They give me a loaner car for free!! My vehicle was fixed promptly on Monday & no charge due to the Super transmission was covered by GMC!!

Service was completed by dealership. Why not higher than 3 stars was the time that it took to get the oil changed and both taillights replaced, including a tire rotation that I didn't ask for. I expect the next appointment to go much better and earn a 5-star. Chock it up to a day that they weren't on their A-game.
