I had an appointment, however, when the vehicle wasn't ready I had to call to find out why. Blazer was kept for close to 2 weeks, the part was ordered, lost and ordered again. Perhaps no fault of the dealership, but frustrating none the less. Tire monitor light was "cleared" but the monitors were not fixed. When I dropped off the blazer 1 tire monitor light was on, within 1 day of picking up there were 2 tire monitor lights on.

Two hour oil change, even with an appointment. Vehicle delivered with a/c turned to 60 and fan on high. Service placard left hanging on rear view mirror. Fresh oil drops found on front grill and in engine areas. Dipstick level is indicating a high level, above the hash marks. Not a five star service

Service writer was unable to answer several of my questions. He wanted me to walk all over the dealership asking other people. They rotated my tires, supposedly but didn't even have to air fresher. Really! Also, don't you eat that I compliment a car wash!

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. The morning of my appointment they called to tell me it was cancelled because they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to wait an additional week while driving my vehicle with problems. When I finally got it in they said it could take a week or more to service because they were so backed up. They provided me what was wrong with my car and completed service items I told them not to do.

Took vehicle in to have Parking Aid Sensors replaced/repaired. Original Diagnosis was $176. Took vehicle in a week later to have the work done, original cost to completely replace, paint & repair was going to be $996. After negotiations, $683 was paid, however the sensor's have NOT been fixed or repaired. So NO THANKS to Boniface Hiers for fixing the sensors!!!

I like the fact that it appears that you have more people meeting customers when they drive in and the service seems to have started faster than in the past. It would be nice to have the car wash working again (how many years has it been out of service now). Price seems to have gone up quite a bit and tire rotation included appears to be hit or miss now.

The service team always treats me well! I just purchased tires from them and 500 miles later, I pick up a huge tire puncher just as I'm driving down US1. They got me right in and had to replace the tire. Done quickly. BTW, always get the road hazard warranty.

This was an unplanned emergency visit. My truck ignition failed and I was in danger of being stranded. My Service Tech (Bobby Sturbridge), squeezed me into the schedule, rushed my truck through, AND found a way to secure reasonable costs for the repair at the same time! The repair was done properly and my truck is running fine once again. THIS is what is called superior service! Thank you!!
