My advisor had great customer service but my overall experience EVERY TIME I go to this dealership sucks. Wait times just to see an advisor sucks and there are other advisors available who just aren't willing to help. I only go to this one as a last resort when I can't make it to Dadeland Bomnin.

The reason we stopped going to the dealer is because they take really long to service each vehicle. My wife got there at 7 AM and 100 pm.
For an oil change brake inspection, and the hood light was turning on and they couldn't fix it. The gentleman said he had to order the hood latch and that that will fix it.
They really have to improve on the time that the customer spends their waiting.

The service was not complete. I asked them to check the entire car, but they didn't check the windshield washer fluid. Just as they forgot to fill the windshield washer fluid tank, they could have also forgotten other things like tightening a bolt or even changing the oil. I was not satisfied with the service at all.

I liked the next day appointment however it took them over 30 minutes to return my car after i paid for the service. I had to walk back to the shop and found that they are still working on my car. The had me out in the hot weather waiting for my car that service adviser said was ready. I then spoke to the service manager who finally resolved the issue

The Tech told me to leave the car for 24hrs for a vehicle inspection but I told him I didn't have a ride and I needed to wait for the car. After 4 hours of waiting I found out that they car wasn't check at all and it was sent to another lot to be seen the next day unbelievable. I took my car and left. Bad customer service.
