Excellent service. The new service manager has done a really great job. The overall quality of service has been a complete turn around from a year ago. The service consultant "Guy" was awesome. He kept me updated through the process. This experience was nothing like my past experiences. The service manager asked me to give me a chance. I did and it apparently playing off.

Took two days before they were able to update me on a status of my car. Didn't give me a receipt before I left. Email me a receipt about a day or two later. However whenever I did speak with jose he was very polite. The shop needs structure and maybe new management.

The only issue I had was that it took almost 40 minutes to get me started. It was very backed up that day. The service was full with 5 vehicles outside, all waiting for service. I even had an appointment. After that, it was relatively quick for my service.

Chevrolet Homestead is terrible. Had vehicle for multiple days before checking it. The tech took longer than expected to diagnose first issue so i was charged an additional fee to diagnose remainder of the car. its hard to speak to an actual person, supervisors are never available.

I believe dealer falsely claimed wrench marks on my vehicle to deny warranty claim. To add salt to the wound I had to wait for over 40 minutes to pay and wait for my vehicle to be brought to the front despite no one waiting in the lobby. Staff is uncaring. I do was not pleased with my experience at this dealer.

They lied about the car being on site. I drove an hour and half for them to also wait to tell me it was a cash only deal. Scam artists.... Oh sorry. The Jeep we spoke about on three separate occasions over the phone, is cash only and not actually here at this location we told you to drive to. BUT, come look at these way more expensive Jeeps. Do not waste your time... even if I get the rest of the cash, Ill take my money elsewhere.

I am from New Jersey on vacation in Islamorada.Came for a oil change for my Cadillac XT6. They took my car right away and I spoke to a service rep I think his name was Guy. He said he would try have the car done as soon as possible. The car was done in a little over an hour which I think is very good time. The only issue I had was that I couldn't use my Cadillac points. They said that the issue was with Cadillac. I come to Islamorada every year and if I any issues with my Cadillac I will be back. I recommend you're dealership.
