Great service, very professional staff. Had my oil changed, turns out I had the drain plug damaged. The service staff struggled getting the drain plug out, but they accomplished with no further damage to the oil pan. Impressed by the experience level and car provided by the mechanics. Highly recommend the service shop for their attention to detail!

It was impossible to get anyone to contact me about a vehicle, let alone provide pictures/videos, etc. I tried many attempts to speak to someone about the purchase of a vehicle. Over 5 days, and when I finally got someone on the phone, I was told the vehicle had sold a day prior. 10/10 would NOT recommend this business. Selling vehicles clearly doesn't seem to be a priority for them.

Liked that I am always able to call earlier in the week for availability and make an appointment. Car is typically vacuumed by them after the service as well. They usually offer a shuttle service to take you back home if needed.

Excellent service. The new service manager has done a really great job. The overall quality of service has been a complete turn around from a year ago. The service consultant "Guy" was awesome. He kept me updated through the process. This experience was nothing like my past experiences. The service manager asked me to give me a chance. I did and it apparently playing off.

Took two days before they were able to update me on a status of my car. Didn't give me a receipt before I left. Email me a receipt about a day or two later. However whenever I did speak with jose he was very polite. The shop needs structure and maybe new management.

The only issue I had was that it took almost 40 minutes to get me started. It was very backed up that day. The service was full with 5 vehicles outside, all waiting for service. I even had an appointment. After that, it was relatively quick for my service.

Chevrolet Homestead is terrible. Had vehicle for multiple days before checking it. The tech took longer than expected to diagnose first issue so i was charged an additional fee to diagnose remainder of the car. its hard to speak to an actual person, supervisors are never available.

I believe dealer falsely claimed wrench marks on my vehicle to deny warranty claim. To add salt to the wound I had to wait for over 40 minutes to pay and wait for my vehicle to be brought to the front despite no one waiting in the lobby. Staff is uncaring. I do was not pleased with my experience at this dealer.

They lied about the car being on site. I drove an hour and half for them to also wait to tell me it was a cash only deal. Scam artists.... Oh sorry. The Jeep we spoke about on three separate occasions over the phone, is cash only and not actually here at this location we told you to drive to. BUT, come look at these way more expensive Jeeps. Do not waste your time... even if I get the rest of the cash, Ill take my money elsewhere.
