Synthetic oil changes should be performed every 10000 miles rather then 5000 miles. The service center and CARFAX should be aware of this standard, yet they still continue to recommend more frequent oil changes.

Toyota Technicians don't always inspect your vehicles. The report I got told me my care need a service that was already taken care of. They strictly go by the computer and what it says is needed.

I had another great experience with my 4runner at Bohn. I hadn't brought it into them in 10k miles so there was a few things that needed addressing. I got my oil changed and tires rotated and my car is running smooth again! Had regular service done in conjunction with a brake squeal/grind repair issue I had been waiting on Toyota corporate to create a repair for some time. Toyota corporate finally got around to creating a fix for the brake issue. Although it took over a year for the fix from Toyota corporate engineering. Regular service from the local dealer was fine. Also Everything has been fine regarding the brake issue since the repair. No complaints.

It's always double the price to get your oil change that is on their website and they find all kinds of other problems not existing problems I don't. Think I'm gonna be going back there anymore? I'm tired of it this time. They're saying there's a nail on my tire. I don't kind of flat tire. I think they I'm a woman so they think they can take advantage of me that. I don't know what this stuff is.
