I cannot comment on actual service as we ended up going with another shop that was better priced. I will say that communication was slow through the process of diagnosing and returning our vehicle. The reviews drew us to give them a try but price and stagnant communication turned us away. I do understand that every shop has to make their bottom line.

I would absolutely recommend Bob's Transmission. They diagnosed my transmission and did not upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Others have but they did not. I would recommend you to take your car to them because I can assure you that they will be completely honest and transparent with you.

My car had an intermittent transmission problem. At first the tech could not get the car to show it's problem, but they called me and asked me to come out and drive the car for the tech. The car acted up and the tech thanked me and said he would get the car fixed. They fixed the car when another shop couldn't figure out what was wrong.
