I was hoping to learn more about my transmission in my f-150. I've had some slippage and watched enough YouTube videos to be alarmed. Even though I bought extra warranty I'm not to sure they did the right service but service mgr thought it was okay. I will find out hopefully not wasted money

The service was replacing the spark plugs on my Telluride. Which was preformed but now I have a rattle when I drive it. They did a test drive and then handed it over to me. When I drove out of your driveway it started rattling. I live over an hour away, so now I have to drive it back to get it fixed. That's a waste of my time and add on to that the high price of gas. I hope you can give some kind of compensation. Thank you.

I'm giving 4 out of 5 because the service was fantastic, great work and everyone is very friendly. The reason for 4 is on the way home I said was driving in front of me and he noticed that the right running light was burnt out, and I'm not sure how that was missed.

Got in very quickly. Car service was also done in a timely manner. Appreciated no hard sell on filters etc. I did replace one and will do the other next time. The waiting area was vey clean as were the bathrooms. This is why we keep coming back!! Thank you!

During a cross county trip suing a heat wave and with a dog on the car I stopped by because it felt as though the AC was malfunctioning. An emergency stop! Everyone was great: they found a slot for me to take a look and after not finding any significant issue sent me back on my way. And they did not charge me! Best experience ever. Thank you!

Oil change went well but tire rotation didn't. Service personnel could not find my wheel lock tool. I went home and my husband found it in the glove box. Supposably service person looked but obviously not well. Had to go back.
