My first experience with the service department at Bob Poynter was great. I was able to get the repair on my radio at the price that been estimated on the previously. I also was told of couple of other items that may need repair soon along with estimates. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful as well.

My 2020 Mustang was new to me so I took it for an initial service. Oil change was quick and fair but didn't have air filter in stock. Wanted Service Writer to run the VIN and give me a status on warranty and recalls. Had to literally pry the information from her and she seemed frustrated when I asked for a recall appointment. I think I'll take it to a different Ford dealer for the recalls going forward.

The salesman decided to not mention the car was wrecked in the front. Takes to him on phone and by email for over a week and not once did he mention this! By not being honest this stopped us from looking at anything else he had to offer. That's just bad customer service.

Came at 2pm thinking that was my appt time but turns out it was 4pm. The lady helping me did not want me to have to leave and come back so she was able to get me in. Didn't take much time at all, regardless of it being one guy working, and the price was actually pretty shockingly inexpensive for tire rotate and full synthetic Valvoline oil in my Jeep Wrangler.

I was greeted when I walked in the door, my vehicle was almost immediately taken back for its tire rotation and oil change. It wasn't long at all before it was finished and I was on my way. Fast, friendly service and I appreciate the free soft drinks or coffee while you wait. Poynters has recently done alot of remodeling, and the shop is very nice and clean.

I took my Jeep in to have an o2 sensor replaced. They had it for 3 weeks and all they managed to do was replace the WRONG sensor and still charge me. It was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I should have listened to everyone and avoid the place. I ended up taking my Jeep to Curt at The Garage and got it fixed the same day for half the price.

Changed the radio and did not even check the new one before returning the car to me. The new one was defective also and would not work. So, no radio, no phone, no backup camera. Then just told me to bring it back sometime and have the tech look at it. It wasn't until I finally went to the other store and complained to Bob Poynter himself that they finally took care of me.

Had my Jeep four days for battery replacement. Receptionist was Kurt on the phone and implied she was doing us a favor because she was working us in. That was after the first day. We called on day three to find out that both batteries were bad. We asked to be called before replacing them because we wanted to do the $500 under the hood one on our own - providing it needed replacing. On day three when we called we found out that the service folks were waiting on us to be called. Poor communication caused delay in service and an additional day of being without a vehicle. I only came here because no one in town was willing to look at the battery. I may need to go out of town next time.
