I never feel like I'm being upsold needlessly, which instills trust in their recommendations. Plus, their waiting lounge is comfortable and nicely stocked with coffee, snacks, and other beverages. Scheduling the service online is probably one of the easiest things ever. The service advisors are always incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They do suggest additional services beyond what I originally want but they're never pushy about it and when I decline, they aren't rude at all. Even though it costs more than taking to Walmart or something I find its worth it.

Very nice lounge with lots of snacks for customers while waiting for car to be serviced. Liked that service personnel wore latex gloves while servicing vehicle so no greasy fingerprints. Also provided me a video showing the service & inspections they performed. Very impressed with dealership.

My MX5 had a mechanical issue with the retractable hardtop. Service staff worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement control module from Japan. Installation was completed quickly and I was given a loaner car. Ken and the service staff are very nice and maintained good communication throughout the process.

Though I really didn't need it as they had finished performing the maintenance on my car much faster than I expected. The service video they sent showing the condition of everything was appreciated, and the car came back clean.

Easy to schedule, was done right the first time. However, two items prevented it from getting five stars. The first, the alignment and rotation cost nearly $200. This is way too much for a task that can be performed at tire shops for less than half. Secondly, the dealer was not able to perform one requested service task due to manning.
