It was okay. I will say that there was nothing wrong with my timing cover and no leak found when I inspected it with another mechanic of mine. There's no reason for any work to be done pertaining to the timing unit.
Yes, I already knew the thermostat housing was leaking but wanted a full inspection to see if anything else needed to be repaired. Kind of helpful for the inspection but not 100%

Great. Second time I have taken the truck here for normal service. It might cost a little more then those small oil change shops and might take a little longer but is well worth to know that the person messing with the truck knows it because they are trained for the dodge line

My experience was poor. This made the third time I had to take my truck to them because of a oil change. This time was because the tech left oil leaking at the bottom of my truck. They took extra time out of my day when I had to go back the same day even when I ask them to clean underneath and make sure the filter was tight. Very disappointed in them. Not sure if I will go back.

The rear bumper of the jeep was pull away from the body. The service department fixed and painted the bumper to look original. The jeep was cleaned and detailed.Also, the rim caps were missing. The service department told me they could not replace them. I looked on Car Fax and found out the tires were bought at Pep Boys. I contracted Pep Boys and replaced the caps.Thank you Car Fax!!
