I had an unusual issue. I couldn't put gasoline in the tank as I normally do because the pump would spew gasoline back out and would cut off frequently. I could only hold the pump handle where it would trickle in. Diron Carter's team worked tenaciously to find the issue (a piece of broken plasticunknown originstuck in the mouth of the tank). They're a great team.

Brought the car in because OnStar, Maps and internet does not work. It is a module and will probably take 6 to 7 weeks to get the part to fix the problem (or longer). I would think that someone as large as GM could get that repair time improved and shortened. This might affect my next car purchase going back to Ford/Lincoln. I will make the last question "Yes" but do not know not having anything fix at the shop yet.

The car was not detailed. They said it was but it was given to me with spilled drink all over the seats and carpet. I have to get it detailed myself. It also came with a small dent in the rear quarter panel and other marks and scratches when it was listed as new and in excellent condition. It should have been sold as a used vehicle.

First of all my car was there for almost a month. And then they did some maintenance work on the car that needed to be done, but I wasn't consolable before they did it so I ended up with a larger bill than I planned on. They did not send me a text and ask if they could do the rotation and all the inspection things that they needed to do. They just did them and I was charged for it
