Counter staff were pleasant and helpful. But overall the dealership didn't have a resolution and demonstrated a lack of knowledge about EV. They kept repeating guidance that made no sense for my situation. Also they have a standing charge just to look at a car which is ridiculous. Left feeling they were really just after some revenue at the end of the month and not interested in resolving my concern.

The advisor Hayley and the girl who sit across from her is rude, disrespectful, and just absolutely no people skills at all. They are not honest and will charge you fees and will not disclose it up front. There customer service skills sucks and deserve to be fire immediately. I don't recommend this place because of them.

I waited 3.5 hours for tire rotation, oil change and NC state inspection!! Every time I bring my car there for regular maintenance it's 3 to 4 hours wait!! It's ridiculous! Not coming there again. I make an appointment but it doesn't make it any faster.

I had an appointment to have a recall completed, that I wasn't even made aware of until I went there. Took them over 4 hours!!! The week prior I had an appointment to have the oil changed, appointment took over 2 hours! Just for an oil change! That's unacceptable!

I had previously been getting my car serviced where I bought it, I never was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I started looking at other options, they were very welcoming and accommodating and attentive during the service. I even got a video explaining what they found! I will definitely Come here from now on.

Garrett was excellent with helping me with my car's issue. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only problem is with your phone system. Very poor. Takes very long for someone ( if ever) to answer the phone. When they do they do not know the extension of anyone in the service dept. When you go to voice mail you never get a return call. But once you get through the service is great.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. 3+ weeks backlog in diagnosing problems is unacceptable especially when you don't listen to what the customer tells you and they come back with "We are unable to recreate the problem". Almost a month without a car and you tell me that? Will never go back to this dealership for any reason.

I took my vehicle because of a recall. I arrived on time and was told that it would be ready in 2 hours. 4.5 hours after I was told that my vehicle has just going in for the fix. It was finally ready at 6 hours after I dropped it.
This is not the first time this happens to me. I don't think the fault is with the service people. I believe it is the lack of mechanics in the shop while they continue to take too many customer appointments.

The receptionist, Sarah, was professional and helpful. However, my inspection took almost 2 hours which was really inefficient given I had an appointment. I requested a quick car wash but they didn't wash it. Overall disappointing.

Service seems to be professional. Communication has deteriorated very badly.
Technician broke the stop-guard on the glove compartment. Haven't been able to get calls returned about fixing it.
