They did the work i wanted, and it was 'completed' in a timely manner.
Then i discovered they didn't, wash the car That got fixed PDQ.
Then, while detail reading the paperwork, they gave me some other guy's multi-point checkup score sheet.
I've been a customer for a long time. this just felt sloppy.

Amanda handled all aspects of my service that included interfacing with Allstate Insurance. She kept me updated to discussions with Allstate and the steps in the process. My car was deemed unrepairable will be picked- up by Allstate. Couldn't speak more highly of the service provided to me by Amanda.

The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process stress-free. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. My only complaint is that the Wifi speeds could be better as the previous owner under Dorschel had a better network.

They didn't do the service. Just the oil change and didn't fix any of the requested repairs. This service has been going from bad to worst on each visit I've made for the past years. I will not be returning and will get my 120k mile service done elsewhere correctly.

Called on Phone to get appointment and they were scheduling 2 weeks out, went in person and got appointment that week Friday?
Alignment was done by noon. Truck is no longer pushing/pulling to the right. Slight push/pull to left now. But does seem to handle better. Will keep a eye on tire wear

Service advisors are courteous & keep you informed of service work being done. Service technician's inform the service advisor's if there is any issues that need addressing which in turn, lets you know what service needs to be done now or later. Very informative & great communication skills.

Very good except I wasn't expecting an over 700.00 invoice. They didn't contact me first (I was at home) nor did they talk to my husband who was waiting in the lounge area. Seems they thought I had told them to "fix whatever needed it" but I always have had Pat call me first to give me an estimate. I've dealt with Toyota since 1992. Faithful customer.
Anyway other than that misunderstanding, it was good as always.

We were shuffled from one department to another, put on hold and told someone would be calling back. After waiting several hours a second call was made and once again no one was available to talk too. Out of frustration we contacted Safelite and were able to schedule an appointment to have the windshield replaced the following day. The call back was received after the fact. Not happy.

After my car was serviced, the radio and Apple car display no longer worked. The system kept rebooting itself. Took it right back to the shop but couldn't resolve. Had to make another appointment to update software or replace hardware. Everything worked fine when I brought the car in.
