After oil change oil was dripping on floor. The oil drain plug was not even hand tight. The vehicle was driven very little so the oil leak had not lowered oil level to the danger level. The oil change interval also was not reset. This could have been a disaster for the engine!

After requesting from the sales person and manager another sales person for not listening. I posted a review on another site. The same manager I emailed responded to the review that he would look in to this and the wanted to correct any problems.
This Dealership will not listen and then lie in an attempt to cover it up.

Picked up my 24 RAV4 hybrid with the maintenance light on and a loss of the tire pressure sensors now I have to go back for a second trip for those to be corrected although I was able to reset the maintenance light the tire pressure sensor readings are blank in the display.

Service was helpful and friendly and I really appreciated them getting me an Uber to and from work. Unfortunately they did not have my headlights in stock so I had to come back the following day. I wish they would have told me at the start and I would have just come in on the second day. This would have been less disruption in my work schedule. But everything else was great and will definitely return for all my future service here.

They did the regular service, but now I saw a change in the good customer service they have, they suggested things to get more money, I refused this service, and The person who was assisting me never showed up. They left me waiting in the waiting room to explain those additional services they were telling me about. I had to go myself and ask the person at the payment counter if my vehicle was ready.
