Was told I could come pick my car up anytime before 7 but when I got there around 6:30 I was told service closed at 5:30, luckily a manager was able to get me my key. I was then charged $100 for a diagnostic fee and was told my AC needed recharged, recharged it myself and it worked for one night then back to blowing hot air. I'm now being told I could have a leak, therefore I paid $100 for a problem they didn't even correctly diagnose.

Wasn't notified when service work was completed. I observed vehicle had been returned to check-in area but had to inquire what they were waiting on to notify me that the work had been completed & the bill needed to be paid. The two (2) service associates were oblivious to the fact that the completed service report & the keys had been retuned to the check-in area.

They are always courteous and friendly, and try to get me taken care of as soon as possible. This time (no fault of theirs), they had a problem with getting the correct part. Because of this, it took an extra day to complete the work.

It took 8 days to complete the repairs. Very poor communication. They told my wife a completely different information than they told me. When we picked up the car, it drove worse than when we brought it in. We took it back and found out the technician had left something loose. Will never go there again.

I am so grateful for the attention and professional service i received from Paul and the technicians at Brady Honda. While out of town I hit a pothole which destroyed my ties on the driver side of the car. Paul got two new tires and realignment to get us back on the road.

My daughter had the car college and got an error message displaying about the brakes. After calling the local dealership it was determined that there had been a recall for this message and the fix was to upgrade the on-board software. The software was upgraded at no charge and my daughter got the car back in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you to the excellent staff at Bob Brady Honda in Decatur.

took several hours. they couldn't figure out how to turn off the oil change notification on the car. then they had my car running out in the pick up area for 30 minutes while they tried. still said it needed serviced, I figured it out myself later. all my fluids were low, they had not filled them and I paid for that service. makes me wonder what else they didnt do but still charged me for.

Service was quick and mostly painless. I went in for 2 items: 16,000 mile service and check the AC not blowing cold air. The service was quick, but I couldn't get the AC looked at because the machine used to check it was down and had to wait for their machine to be serviced. I just find it hard to believe that a large car dealership like this would only have one of these machines.
This is the first time this shop has not been able to take care of my vehicle, and will continue to use them for this vehicle.

Great service. The service advisor did a great job scheduling me to get in on Saturday. I took it in the night before and it was done less than a hour after our scheduled appointment. They always do a good job. Very much appreciated.
