I really appreciate the new battery, but it should have been detected at the certified car inspection. The excuse that sitting out in the sun caused it should have been saved for someone a little less naive. If that were to be true, people would be buying batteries daily in states like Arizona or New Mexico. I appreciate also, the full service completed before purchase. Great warranty.

They put on service paper that battery failed load test and when I called to check on this they said it was a mistake and someone else's car. Sticker had wrong mileage for oil change. They did not replace anything on backup camera. It has always worked fine.

Unhappy with the tech. On 4/9 Bob Boyd Dodge had to clean the top of my engine due to puddle oil from the tech on 4/4. Tech did not do things he checked off. Washer fluid alert came on i contacted Bob Boyd Dodge for them to go over my car to make sure nothing is messed up. 4/16 Bob Boyd Dodge is to go over and recheck my car and make sure everything is ok.

Stay away from the body shop. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Zero communication, exceeded the promise date by a month and told me twice it was completed. When it wasn't, including one when I was in an Uber. Keep calling to sell me a new car lol. I sent and email and left a message for the Dealership Manager. He didn't even have the courtesy to ever respond.

They found the issues, gave me a nice loaner car for a few weeks while they worked on the transmission, drove it for the memory to connect and fixed it back to normal.
