I had the pleasure of working with Emmitt (I hope I spelled that right) he is the manager. Everyone there had unmatchable customer service and so detailed on what is going on with the vehicle. The knowledge is amazing and even when there was a misunderstanding it was corrected right away. I definitely understand why they are the best rated garage in centre county. Loner given and all!

They always make sure that we know what is going on, and they are concerned that if everything is not fixed right to our satisfaction, they will make it right. Our car repair was very difficult, and it took them awhile to fix it (no fault of theirs as they had some bad repair parts), but they made sure we had a loaner car until we got ours back.

Fast and good service, patient with questions. Given a loaner instead of letting people wait for their cars due to the coronavirus. They were great with coronavirus protocols, masks, distancing, very thorough with cleaning all pens, cards, keys, and so forth that they or I touched before passing them to me. Definitely recommend.
