The workmanship and reps were great. Opening the shop before having every thing ready was not a good plan. Poor internet connectivity in the shop area delayed my service work to be completed without having to leave my jeep overnight. Also some furniture was not uncrated.

Everything went well from the time we arrived to receiving our serviced vehicle. Luis the service rep kept us informed about the inspection and service process. The service was completed more quickly than we expected. While we were in the waiting area we were offered snacks and water and coffee was complimentary.

Brett went the extra mile and installed a cabin air filter for me that I had purchased elsewhere before I left. Need more employees like him.
