Service was fast (as usual) and my service advisor made no effort to upsell me on maintenance I did not need. I like thr technician's video walk around of my car explaining all the things he checked that did not require service. 2.5 years of Bluebonnet service and I've yet to have anything but a great experience.

I got the fastest oil change from Bluebonnet ever, however, I am disappointed that I didn't receive the vehicle checks that I ask for when I checked in. I didn't notice that part of the inspection till I got home. I ONLY recommend only because there is not a maybe choice.

My service advisor, Chris, was excellent. He kept me informed on the status of repairs & made sure I had a loaner vehicle. Warranty work and scheduled maintenance was completed right the first time. There was one issue they couldn't get the vehicle to duplicate, but I am keeping an eye on that and will bring it back at some point. Great shopvery knowledgeable & professional. Highly recommend.

The workmanship and reps were great. Opening the shop before having every thing ready was not a good plan. Poor internet connectivity in the shop area delayed my service work to be completed without having to leave my jeep overnight. Also some furniture was not uncrated.
